HST

1. For rental terms greater than 30 days, no HST will be charged
2. For rental terms  less than 30 days, HST will be charged.

DEPOSITS
50% of rent due on signing (cancel anytime before 90 days before rental
and you will forfit your deposit)
The 50% balance is due 90 days out and the deposit is nonrefundable.
